With over 23 years of ministerial counseling experience, I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and couples as they navigate life’s most meaningful and challenging seasons. My work in marriage and individual counseling has been rooted in a spiritual foundation grounded in Christian values, offering guidance that integrates faith, compassion, and practical wisdom. I believe that spiritual insight, when paired with intentional growth, can be a powerful catalyst for healing and restoration. In addition to my pastoral background, I bring two years of clinical experience involving in-patient and out-patient therapy.
My primary therapeutic approaches include Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. I tailor these modalities to meet each client’s unique needs, helping them develop practical skills, deeper self-awareness, emotional regulation, and healthier patterns of thinking and relating.
