I serve a variety of counseling needs but specialize in child & youth enhancement, executive functioning and self actualization with adults. Areas such as anger depression, anger management, social media and peer challenges are more prevalent now than ever before. I also specialize in student-athlete mental awareness for high school & collegiate sports.
