Therapy can be intimidating, unnerving, and worth it. If you know it's time to make the changes in your life that you keep putting off, I would love to help you put that plan into place. I help individuals identify and overcome negative cycles that the find themselves in that leave them feeling hopeless and unsure of how to change. We don't always have control of what we experience in life, but we do have the ability to heal and learn how to find joy. I specialize in working with individuals who are overcoming eating disorders, anxiety, depression, life transitions and attachment trauma/wounds.
My goal is to create an environment where clients feel welcomed and safe. I work with each client to create a plan that best fits their personality and incorporates their strengths. I primarily use, person centered therapy and emotionally focused therapy with clients. I offer in person or virtual sessions with daytime availability.
