I am a compassionate and bilingual professional with skills in counseling scenarios such as; Trauma, Couples and Family Therapy, Individual Therapy, Human sexuality, Grief, loss, and other areas with over three years of successful experience.

My approach to therapy includes, but is not limited to, the Biopsychosocial Model, Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). Your mental health is as important as your physical and spiritual health. Taking a step to therapy is a brave move, and for that, you have already accomplished your first goal.
