This is a virtual group for women who want to be equipped with tools to navigate trauma. We discuss what our personal trauma and attachment wounds are and how they present themselves in the present. We navigate generational trauma, how to ground ourselves, and the tools needed to regulate our nervous system. How to find support in scriptures in the midst of it all. We have a wide range of topics from Adverse Childhood Effects to marital conflict, betrayal, and abuse in different forms. We meet every 2nd and 4th Monday of each month until December.

Healing From Codependency

This is a 6-week virtual cohort for people navigating codependency in relationships. Family, marriages, friendships, and workplaces. If you are trying to understand the origins of your behaviors and why they have been so difficult to change, this cohort will be a great place to start. We meet once a week on Saturday from 10 am to 11 am. There is a workbook we go through to address all our concerns.
