My main goal in working with clients & couples is to provide a judgment free, validating, affirming, and emotionally safe setting to talk through struggles, thoughts and feelings. I focus on the trust needed for therapy to thrive, emphasizing strengths of the client(s), and assisting the client(s) in creating the changes they want to make for themselves and/or their relationship to each other. I want to empower people to take responsibility for their happiness and support them in living life as true to themselves as possible. I want to help couples feel more connected with each other. Empowering them towards love, romance, and joy.
My approach is integrative and focused on the unique needs and struggles of the client. I offer to guide clients through unpacking, processing thoughts and feelings, and making manageable and realistic steps towards change that they desire. Essentially, I prioritize meeting clients where they are at while trying to provide a positive therapeutic experience.
We will work together to achieve the healing goals you desire. Collaborating together on how to best support you to be who you want to be for yourself.
