My passion is working with neurodiverse clients of all ages. Whether you have been diagnosed with Autism/Aspergers/ADHD, or suspect you could be, I can help "make sense" of your experience. After just a few sessions with me, you will learn to recognize your triggers and gain an understanding of your mental health struggles.
Through supportive and active listening, as well as unconditional positive regard, and use of humor and trust/rapport building, I am an expert in helping others feel at ease as they process and work through issues and problematic situations. Life can be hard but I can help.

I was diagnosed with Autism at age 32 and take my knowledge and experience to work through the numerous feelings and unique experience of late diagnosed neurodivergence. At this time, I am unable to accept Medicaid. I am in network with Anthem, Aetna, and United, and also offer self pay.
