I have worked with adolescents that have been involved in the juvenile justice systems and with adolescents and adults that are experiencing a mental health crisis in the hospital system. My work in the hospital setting has shown me the resiliency of other people and I am honored to have the opportunity to work along side them. Through this work I have been honored to provide support and a safe space for others to heal. I aim to create connections, provide education and foster safety for those that I work with.

As an MFT, my work is always based in systems theory. I believe that there is something to be learned or used from all of the masters of therapy but find a client centered approach to be most beneficial. The individual’s unique circumstance, thoughts and goals all require that therapy be tailored to their needs. I use mostly ACT and CBT therapy in session.
