DBT for Adults (Telehealth)
Adult DBT skills group meets weekly on Tuesdays at 5:30pm online. **Insurance accepted • There will be 16 sessions broken into 4 modules (4 weeks each) • Modules include Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Distress Tolerance • Members can join at the start of any module, but they must commit to completing all 4 sessions in that module
