​I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients, using a variety of therapeutic approaches. I specialize in working with clients that have experienced trauma, codependency, those feeling “stuck” in relationships and are wanting to break disruptive patterns in their lives. Additional training include EMDR, DBT, CBT, TF-CBT, Imago and psychodynamic theory.
​I bring humor, positive energy, joy and empathy to my practice. My goal is for clients to feel comfortable, cared for and understood. My passion is to help them identify and strengthen their potential and make strides to become the best version of themselves. I enjoy working with individuals (14 and up), couples and families.
