Life changes, sexuality, parenting difficulties, relationship problems, divorce, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, isolation, loneliness. I provide a safe place to talk as well as to learn new skills, discover better communication, learn tools to improve the quality of your life...

My practice is very eclectic. My job is to provide a space for you to feel free to talk about your challenges and struggles, help you learn skills and tools to improve your life as well as gain an increased level of self understanding and perspective.
