Hello and welcome! Ready to access your inner wisdom? I am a firm believer in the power of effective therapy. I have witnessed its transformative effects, both personally and in the lives of many others. I would like to help you experience this for yourself. I believe that every individual is a whole world unto themselves, and that therapy should be personalized in order to be effective.

My therapy room is a judgment-free zone in which personal strengths are emphasized while addressing present and past struggles. As a Mental Health Counselor, I work with both single incident trauma and complex trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. I am also trained in EMDR, a deep transformational modality.
