Hi, I’m Dalia.
I'm an Eating Disorder Specialist, LPC, based in Austin, TX. I help teens and adults navigate their Eating Disorders to live life on their own terms. I'm also trained in DBT, which means I work with those looking to learn how to regulate their emotions, improve relationships, and develop better coping skills.
A little about me - I absolutely love being a therapist! I am passionate about helping people lean into the strengths they already have to create change. I believe that everyone is capable of growth and healing and I am here to help provide a loving nudge or cheer you on when necessary.
Others would describe my therapy style as nurturing, fun and real. I prioritize meeting you where you are and strive to create a safe and culturally sensitive environment for all of my clients. Life can be unpredictable, beautiful and confusing at times. I combine my life experiences to provide an affirming space that makes room for the messy parts.
I'm excited that you're here! When you're ready, I invite you to schedule a free consultation with me right on my website- I'm excited to meet you!
