I do not believe in a one-size fits all therapeutic model. I believe that we were each created with unique characteristics and given circumstances that need individual attention. I am strategic in session planning and in helping clients based on their specific symptoms and needs. Since I believe in a holistic approach, I help my clients to create individualized treatment plans that will assist in breaking free from destructive thinking and behaviors while creating an increased sense of peace and balance in mental, physical, and spiritual health.

I am a Developmental and Relational Trauma Therapist with a primacy focus on trauma and anxiety among all age groups. I also have special training in working with couples, families, adolescents, and children. I offer a variety of therapeutic interventions to meet the specific needs of my clients.

Alder Grove Counseling is a place that I envisioned opening for years. It provides a safe, warm environment to meet clients where they are and get them where they want to be. The client is supported but also challenged to stay on track and meet their goals.
