I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, or emotional dysregulation. Many come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to cope, and are seeking clarity, relief, and a deeper sense of self. Caregivers often want support in understanding their child’s needs and learning how to co-regulate with compassion and confidence.

My approach is trauma-informed, neuroscience-based, and deeply relational. I draw from EMDR, ERP for OCD, play therapy, and somatic tools to support healing across the lifespan. Every session is tailored to the client’s unique nervous system, story, and goals. Together, we create a space where safety, curiosity, and growth can unfold at a comfortable pace.
