I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adolescents and adults. I believe anyone can benefit from counseling with an experienced, knowledgeable, and empathetic therapist like myself. I approach counseling from a trauma-informed perspective and use evidence-based practices and clinical techniques to help my clients. Every client is different, and thus, no single approach works with every client. I work with each client to identify their unique therapy goals, and together we make a plan and forge a path forward to achieve those goals together.

I am a neurodiversity-affirming therapist and have experience helping individuals with disabilities manage their experiences at work and in school. I also have extensive experience working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community, including working with those who identify as transgender.
