I work with individuals and couples navigating identity, belonging, and relationships (especially within LGBTQIA+, kink/leather, and consensual non-monogamy communities), and those who've felt like outsiders due to race, queerness, or trauma. My interventions focus on shame, attachment, relational conflict, emotional regulation, and building a more authentic sense of self. I became a therapist out of a deep curiosity about people and a belief in the power of being truly seen, understood, and supported in creating meaningful change.
As a queer, kinky, poly Black man, I'm passionate about bringing lived experience and cultural awareness into therapy. I create an affirming, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore identity, challenge internalized narratives, and build lives aligned with their values and authenticity.
I draw from DBT, CPT for PTSD, Motivational Interviewing, values-based work, among others, tailoring care to each client. My style is warm, collaborative, and direct—balancing support with challenge. I aim to offer a space where clients feel truly seen, don’t have to shrink themselves, and can build trust.
