I now use remote tele-health exclusively to work with professionals, couples, adults and teens who are experiencing stress and conflict in their personal or professional life. This approach is proving to be time and cost efficient, can conveniently be offered in your home or office, while remaining effective and helpful. I provide clinical treatment for anxiety, depression, and ADD/ADHD which can be billed to insurance. I also provide life/relationship/career coaching to help with interpersonal stress, career challenges, and work/life balance concerns. A sliding fee scale, based on family income, is available for coaching clients.
I specialize in stress management and interpersonal conflict. Services include clinical counseling, life or work-related coaching, relationship/marriage coaching, stress management and anger management for individuals and couples. I provide confidential coaching for executives and professionals who need objective and supportive consultation.
I bring a unique combination of experience as a licensed clinical counselor and supervisor, as a former leader in healthcare management, provider of clinical and management education/training for organizations, and as a mediator with couples and organizations. Feel free to contact me to discuss your needs, questions and concerns.
