I offer a therapeutic space for anyone seeking support, healing, and growth. I work with couples, adults, and teens. Instead of focusing only on presenting symptoms and coping strategies, I explore the roots of your struggles so we can create long-lasting change. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy with couples wanting to strengthen their relationship and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing to treat trauma. Both models offer structured, research-backed pathways to healing.
I create a space where you feel accepted and cared for. I use a compassionate yet direct voice to introduce alternate perspectives and possibilities for us to discuss together. We will identify together what is most important to you and collaborate on how to best progress towards those goals.
