I am an experienced mental health clinician skilled in working with all ages. I use a strengths-based and holistic approach to help individuals and families determine what changes they want to make. I provide a warm, non-judgemental and open-minded setting where change and growth can begin.
I specialize in individual and family therapy. My work often focuses on issues related to self esteem, anger, grief and loss, anxiety and depression. I offer a safe space to explore the past, the potential for the future, and help to create a plan to make positve changes.
