We all have the capacity to make positive changes in our lives, and it is during the time of crisis when the most change can occur. I am an experienced mental health clinician skilled in working with all ages. I use a strengths-based and holistic approach to help individuals and families determine what changes they want to make. I provide a warm, non-judgemental and open-minded setting where change and growth can begin.
