I'm so happy you found me. My name is Daja and I am a licensed psychotherapist with nearly 10 years of experience proving care to folks in my community. I work with people who are dealing with anxiety, depression, and general overwhelm. I also have experience with community members living with racial trauma and combatting shame and stigma associated with accessing mental health care. I excel in my work with couples and families and pull from my professional experiences of working with school systems, home based family therapy, and adult protective services. Burnt out and a part of the sandwich generation, I'm looking at you!

In following sessions I will offer you a warm and gentle (and sometimes fun) space to address your needs in a systematic and thoughtful way that will generate the results you wish for.
