Hi there! I am Daisy Salinas a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based out in Southern California and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adults who are open to gaining more insight into their patterns, understanding how childhood may have impacted them in the present day, and learning coping strategies to manage unwanted reactions. I utilize mindfulness strategies, trauma-informed approaches, Dialectical behavioral therapy, and compassion to provide a brave space for healing.
I tend to utilize a collaborative and compassionate approach in an effort to promote self-love, self-compassion, and bravery through your healing process. I have training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
I've always had that energy that people come to in order to seek support, compassion, and empathy during their difficult times. I've been that trusted and loyal friend as well as volunteered in schools to work with people. I enjoy seeing people grow emotionally and personally.
