I use psychodrama methodology in working with clients individually, in couples and in groups. Clients who benefit from a more embodied, playful approach to therapy that enables you to both talk and role play will benefit from working with me.
I am a certified psychodramatist and I've been trained to work with individuals, couples, and groups to warm up in their bodies and to use action methods to create new roles which lead to new and adequate responses to life's challenges. I work to support trial lawyers, therapists, trauma survivors, and organizations to build a trauma-informed community.
