My approach is client centered, trauma informed and holistic, which means I focus on the whole person. Together, we look at all areas of your life and how they are interconnected and show up in your current experiences. I am certified in EMDR, a trauma treatment which is empowering for the client to release current or past trauma experiences.

I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety or depression related to trauma. During the initial phase, we will go over your goals while establishing trust and rapport. Caregiver Support Group

Through the Frederick Department of Aging, the Caregiver Support Group meets twice per month, once virtually and once in person at the Frederick Senior Center. The group provides support for caregivers for spouses or aging parents with dementia and other related acute or chronic illnesses.
