In my counseling practice, I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem, behavioral and family issues. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and if requested, I can incorporate a Christian-based approach. My counseling style is warm, empathic, non-judgmental, and engaging.
With nearly 12 years of experience, I have held various roles to support our community. Including roles as an educator, Wellness curriculum developer, Social & Emotional Learning Coach, and therapist. I'm a committed & strong advocate of the importance of Mental Health in our community.
