Life’s journey can be really challenging sometimes. Hardships, relationships, and emotions can be difficult to overcome. While people come to treatment for a variety of reasons, therapy can serve as a critical anchor when you are feeling lost, broken, or stuck. I view therapy as a safe, explorative space to help you work through the problems you're experiencing as well as learn more about the relationships affecting your life.
I use a combination of evidence-based, psychodynamic, and relational techniques to help you meet your goals and work toward growth and healing. I incorporate a variety of styles and techniques depending on my client’s individual needs, my current favorites include IFS, EFT, and EMDR.
My style is compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I am committed to working with culturally diverse folx from all walks of life. While much of my experience has been centered on work with the immigrant and LGBTQIA+ community, I strive to create an open and affirmative space for all and work with adults, young adults, families, and couples.
