In both my professional and personal journey, I have sought to learn how to find more peace, happiness, and fulfillment. As a therapist, my goal is to learn what that might look like for you, and explore how we get there. I want my clients to seek insight, and question "Why are things the way they are?" I work best with clients who are willing to consider alternative perspectives, experiment with change, and remains persistent despite obstacles or failures.
I know it's not that simple. Social, emotional, and mental health are very nuanced, and enigmatic at times. I hope to be able to illuminate new possibilities, new ways of thinking, new ways to cope and adapt. My style is conversational. I use humor and metaphors. I play a role as an ally, interviewer, cheerleader, challenger, and friend.
I consider myself open-minded and compassionate. I aspire to cultivate a dialogue where we can talk about anything.
