As someone who has had their own journey with sleep, restfulness and dreams—I’m not leading you anywhere into the depths of the night that I haven’t been. I come with a satchel full of useful tools and a humble curiosity about what it means to rest well, and try again. I work best with clients who are looking to cultivate a better understanding with themselves with curiosity, compassion, and creativity. In our work together my biggest intention is that you will find more restful nights and cultivate a deeper relationship creativity, somatic body, and dreamlife.
As a life-long movement facilitator, a rites of passage guide, and research sleep scientist, I seek to help people re-discover vitality in their daily lives and enliven their dreams. By using an eclectic background of evidence-based sleep science, creative and somatic work, and dream practices—I offer playful ways to reconnect to self and other.
When we find ourselves caught in patterns of disconnection and an inability to calmly ground into our bodies for rest, it can impact every area of our life. Our sleep, our dreams, our relationships, our creativity. If you're struggling to feel vital in these areas I'd love to connect to see if there are ways I can help.
