While I cherish my three living sons and my stillborn daughter, we've gone through hell to get them here. I’m here for you – fellow new dads, NICU dads, loss dads, and dads to be. I’ll walk with you through the valley of grief. I’ll celebrate important milestones with you. I'll validate your feelings AND challenge you when necessary for growth. And I’ll empower you to live wholeheartedly through it all.
I blend practical skills with deep inner work using Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and mind-heart-body practices to create lasting change that aligns with clients' core values. I'm a Certified Narrative Enneagram Practitioner and have completed Gottman Method for Couples Therapy Level 1 and 2 and PSI's advanced perinatal mental health trainings.
My empathy comes from lived experience in addition to professional training.
