Together we'll discover how you can live a healthy, balanced life rooted in self-love.
I believe that if a therapist and client have a strong therapeutic relationship, there is no limit to a client's growth. Healing can be found within you and I am here to help you mine for it and nurture it. While I am trained in many modalities such as CBT, EFT, and EMDR, I center your agency and experience to find the best fit for your healing and growth.
