From my experiences as a veteran, wife, daughter, mother, and a licensed marriage & family therapist, I have a great appreciation for the healing that can occur when life's difficulties are confronted and understood in the context of relationships. I have been trained as an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) trauma therapist and have a wide range of experience in working with children, adolescents, couples, individuals, families, and veterans. It is my goal to help clients get to the root of their problems, find solutions, and build lasting relationships with friends and families.
This is attained by learning and developing healthy boundaries and communicating wants and needs in a way that does not violate the personal rights of others.
