I am passionate about working with people who want to heal past trauma and find more safety and happiness within themselves and their relationships as well as those who are moving through grief and loss. I am an experienced trauma therapist, trained in multiple trauma modalities, including EMDR and the Trauma Resiliency Model. I understand feelings of safety and trust are prerequisites to trauma work. I will meet you where you're at and get to know you within the context of your life and together we will determine the focus of our work. Healing is possible.
