I have worked extensively with clients and families dealing with a variety of problems including emotion dysregulation, BPD, depression and anxiety, terminal illness, grief and loss. I use my experience with DBT skills training and mindfulness to teach clients strategies so they can decrease suffering and improve their quality of life.
