Welcome! I am glad you are here. I have a passion to help others navigate the challenges of life that come our way. I have worked with those who have struggled with feelings and behavior rooted in shame, addiction, self-loathing, low self-esteem, perfectionism, trauma and abuse and grief/loss. I am driven to help individuals heal their wounds, develop a new relationship with their thoughts and transform their lives. I am passionate about helping my clients reach their full potential by living their lives more confidently and authentically. I have fifteen years of experience as a therapist.
I use an integrative, client-centered orientation that draws from multiple theories and techniques which includes: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
