Hi! My name is Da'Neshia Griffin. I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Pensacola, Florida, and now I am embarking on helping clients statewide via telehealth. I work with young and older adults, I specialize in anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to assist clients in achieving their treatment goals.
I typically work with young and older adults, I find my approach best fits this demographic that is dealing with symptoms of anxiety, depression, and mood instability. My passion is to help clients decrease symptoms that are currently impacting their daily functioning.
I always meet my clients where they are in life. I collaborate with my clients to determine their goals for treatment. I actively listen to their needs in order to identify the best goal for each problem area. I believe it is extremely important to involve the client in goal setting because their voice matters.
