Therapy for young widows and widowers navigating life after death. Life is hard enough as it is. And then one day you experience one of life's ultimate stressors - death of your spouse. Whether the death of your spouse was unexpected or predictable, your whole world was turned upside down from that moment on. In the eye of the storm, you seek clarity, security, safety, support, and guidance. As a young widow myself, you don't have to explain the unexplainable. Although there isn't a manual to tell you exactly how to live after your spouse's death, D3 Therapy Services is here to support you with discovering the right way for you.
Healing comes in different ways. At D3 Therapy Services, I will actively listen, formulate goals tailored to your needs, and provide support as you move through what should have been, to create what life can be. I offer a variety of services to support your needs. Sessions can be virtual, at the office, walk-and-talk, and/or in the privacy of your own home.
