If you struggle with anger, stress, and/or relationship conflict, I can help you understand what's going on and teach you effective, empowering, and expedient ways of growing stronger through your struggle. Remember, struggling is not the problem, struggling is a part of life, it's about learning to "struggle well." If you're tired of constantly struggling to understand; if the frustration is overwhelming; if your relationship, your job, or even your freedom is on the line, I can help.
The problem with most approaches to anger management is that they teach that anger is an emotion. Sorry, but I don't know how to control an emotion. Ever heard of a Sadness Management class? Me neither. What if I said that anger is a defensive state of mind triggered by a perceived threat? What is the key word in that definition? That's right, perceived.
If you would like to learn more about how I can help you move through your anger, repair relationships, and live a more authentic life give me a call.
