I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment-based therapy, mindfulness, and behavioral approaches to help clients explore how their relational history and lived experiences shape current patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. You guide the focus of our work, and together we identify the solutions.
A goal of my therapeutic process is to help people understand why they are the way they are, increase compassion for themselves, make conscious and intentional decisions, and make better behavioral choices by understanding the way they think.
