In our daily lives, we can all feel overwhelmed by unexpected situations, unfortunate losses and unendurable psychological pains. My goal is to help you to understand these experiences, create a more authentic way of living, to focus on current and past traumas, and to encourage you to recognize the positive in your life.
I am also trained as a contemporary psychoanalyst, which means I tend to focus on ways in which current and past relationships impact our on-going sense of self and self-esteem. I also love to do dream work. I’m on faculty at The Institute of Contemporary Psychoanalysis and teach Infant and Toddler Research.
