I am a person-centered, holistic counselor committed to supporting individuals through life's challenges. Specializing in grief and trauma, I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Existential Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), and hold certifications in mindfulness for mental health and the treatment of grief.
