As a therapist with advanced training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and
Theology, my mission is to empower individuals and families to overcome the barriers preventing them from living fulfilling, purpose-driven lives. My approach integrates evidence-based psychotherapy with biblical principles for clients who desire a Christ-centered framework for growth.
I provide trauma-informed counseling for active-duty service members, veterans, and military families facing PTSD, combat trauma, moral injury, and substance use. I also offer culturally competent therapy for Black men navigating identity, stress, and leadership pressures. Christian couples counseling integrates biblical wisdom and communication skills.

Men's therapy process groups are therapeutic settings designed specifically for men to address and explore a wide range of psychological, emotional, and interpersonal issues. This groups offer a supportive and confidential environment for men to share their experiences, challenges, and emotions.
