As a School Psychologist/Counselor, parent, and leader, I have adopted the idea that we need several keys in order to live a fulfilling and functional life. Some of these include love, acceptance, compassion, flexibility, boundaries, conviction, and lifelong learning. It is a pleasure to partner with families to help empower children, and encourage them to discover their unique gifts and abilities, as we address their challenges and uncertainties. The long-term goal is to teach children the necessary skills that will serve them for years to come, whether the issues be emotional, educational, biological, developmental, or social.
I offer Psychoeducational Evaluations, Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs), Academic/Executive Functioning coaching, therapy/counseling services, and school-based consultation for children, teens, and young adults (ages 5-21).
My goal is to partner with parents to make sure that your child's needs are met through a myriad of possible services. I enter each session with a strengths-based approach and my belief is that we can tackle some of life's questions that your child might be grappling with, together.
