I work with adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety and depression, disordered eating/body image concerns, life transitions, and trauma. I am a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist Candidate (CSAT-Candidate) working towards full licensure. I specialize in working with high conflict couples, infidelity, betrayal trauma, affair recovery, sex/pornography addiction, and sexually compulsive behaviors. I help clients move from feelings of guilt, shame, and loneliness, to feeling confident, self-assured, and able to engage in a more fulfilling life.
After 10 years in business leadership, I shifted careers to the counseling field. My personal transition has given me both a passion and a gift for coaching individuals who are also considering a career change.
I provide a warm, humorous, and direct approach to therapy, and I collaborate with clients to determine what might work best for them in counseling.
