Fun, personal, creative therapy! To help you learn all about life's emotions, Inside and Out (& yes, that's a subtle movie reference) ;) I love working with kids, teens, young adults, & members of the Asian community. As your therapist, I want to know your WORLD. Tell me your favorite things, interests, etc! I aspire to have a space where we can be authentic, explore together, & even have fun! I aim to bring enthusiasm, warmth, empathy, (& humor!) into the room, while also working hard to make changes needed for you to live your best life. We'll find tools that help you move with the emotions, not against them. I want to know YOU!

I am a Licensed MFT. I received my Masters at Pepperdine & my Bachelor's at UCLA. I saw college clients virtually from 2020-21. After, I worked for a private practice in which I gained experience working with a variety of clients, mainly kids/teens/young adults. I also worked for The OCD Treatment Center in which I provided IOPs to those with OCD/anxiety.

I now have my own private practice in which I offer therapy in person & virtually. I have worked with various ages from young children to those in older stages of life. I find myself drawn to my work with kids/teens/young adults. I am also trained in EMDR & am comfortable working with OCD, anxiety, & depression. I also find joy in serving my Asian community.
