My practice is multidisciplinary with a holistic approach incorporating Gestalt, Somatic, Mindfulness practices and cultural awareness to provide a therapeutic experience that will comfort and challenge you into your awareness of being present in the here and now.
I have provided mental health services to children, adolescents and adults in both private practice and school based settings. I have experience with crisis management and use a client-centered approach with a trauma informed lens.
