Becoming a mother is a huge, complicated life transition. You’re exhausted, but you can’t sleep. You love your baby, but it’s hard to like someone who screams at you all day. My areas of specialty are anxiety, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and trauma. I am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C) and utilize modalities including CBT, I-CBT, Brainspotting and Mindfulness to best support my clients. I also assist couples using the Gottman Method (Level I & II).
