I’m Alicia Glasser, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). My work is rooted in a trauma-informed, holistic approach that integrates mind and body. I help clients listen to their body’s cues, ease internal stress, and cultivate a steadier, more connected sense of self in the present moment.
With children, teens, and adults, I use integrative, trauma-informed methods including holistic mind-body strategies, somatic and expressive practices, and nervous system regulation. Therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s developmental, emotional, and nervous system needs.
