The therapeutic journey is one that requires commitment and a bond that leads to trust and understanding. My goal is to provide each individual I serve an environment that is safe and confidential to share their story and true self. I use a person-centered, strength-based approach that puts you in the driver seat of your own treatment and I am the facilitator guiding you through each step. I believe that the feelings we experience (sadness, anger, fear, frustration, etc.) can be linked back to a root cause that needs to be addressed. I help you uncover, address, and cope with those circumstances.

I don’t believe in using medication to take away emotions or leave you feeling numb. Instead, I see medication as a tool to bring balance—just enough support so you can truly process what you’re feeling and work through life’s challenges with clarity.
