About
Relationships can be difficult. I work with clients to develop and execute plans to help them reach the goals they would like to achieve; both individually and within the context of their relationships. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I work hard to ensure my clients feel comfortable, well informed about their treatment goals and progress, and that the therapeutic methods being used align the two. In this space of authenticity and safety, clients are able to reach the insight and connection they've been missing in their relationships with themselves, their partners, and others.
I have received extensive training in providing culturally competent therapy to individuals belonging to diverse and/or marginalized populations. I work with couples and individuals seeking help with improving their relationships due to communication barriers, infidelity, frequent conflict, parenting issues, separation or divorce, and more.
When times are tough, it can seem like things will never improve. While it does require some hard work on your part, your relationships can improve. I can help. If you are endeavoring to take this journey into improving your relationships, I am ready, willing, and honored to help you reach your desired destination.
