We all get stuck at times. I work with individuals and couples who are struggling with life/relationship challenges or addiction. I am here to help others overcome difficult experiences by learning to understand their authentic needs, create lasting bonds with others and find emotional freedom so that you can build the life you truly want. I believe in abundance and that everyone has the right and the capacity for healing, growth and inner peace. Because every individual and each couple arrive in counseling at different stages of change and readiness for healing, I feel it is imperative to meet everyone right where they are.
I am trained with numerous research based approaches to work with individuals and couples and tend to lean towards Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). This particular approach is highly effective with helping clients make sense of their emotions and negative cycles they get stuck in and helps heal emotional states and interpersonal relationships.
I believe we all are experts of our own lives and thus have the answers within as well as the inner strength for creating change. And, because everyone has their own level of comfort regarding therapy, I offer sessions via telehealth, in-person, or outdoor eco-sessions are also offered as meeting on the trail may feel more comfortable for some.
